Z13CF17 is a low allow chromium molybdenum steel that while it offers good atmospheric corrosion resistance and a reasonable strength, it’s corrosion resistance is compromised slightly by the addition of Sulphur and is especially true when exposed to environments that may stimulate crevice or pitting corrosion.
